I'm a woman who has lived through many challenges and emerged on the other side with something to say about it. I believe that our experiences and the challenges we overcome, our resilience and our ability to hold ourselves in our truth, become the much needed medicine for others. I'm a born leader and love to create community, I love learning about others and what makes them tick.

My experience as a survivor of abuse, sexual trauma, substance misuse, marriage breakdown, parenting and discovering the full spectrum of my sexuality later in life has provided me with so much richness. I have had a fulfilling corporate career and managed to change direction to create a life which allows me to live with maximum freedom to express myself. I have spent a lifetime discovering myself and then doing it all over again.

Along this journey of self discovery, I have embraced embodiment and somatic practices and experienced first hand, their unique ability to create a deep level of awareness and access to healing. The deeply transformative ways in which they can help us to meet ourselves and make change for good.

It is because of this first hand experience, that I am deeply committed to supporting you in finding your way to your own truth so you can live the life that makes you feel fulfilled and satisfied.
